Price: 160,000 SEK excl. VAT

*Main sponsors are offered the opportunity to host one symposium per company, which will run parallel to other symposia during regular program time. All additional costs beyond the venue and existing conference technology will be covered by the organizing company.

Exhibitor

4,900 SEK/sqm excl. VAT – Exhibition Tuesday to Friday
Minimum area: 2×2 meters

Price example: Booth 3×2 sqm = 29,400 SEK

The Package Includes:

Back wall and 1-meter partition wall (2-meter partition wall for booths deeper than 3 meters)
1 standing table and 1 bar stool
Access to electricity (standard)
Wireless internet
Exhibitor scanning via the conference app
1 exhibitor pass (per 6 sqm area) including lunch, coffee, and welcome reception. Exhibitors also have the opportunity to attend the conference sessions if space allows.
