The exhibition is centrally located and will be passed by participants on their way to parallel sessions and the plenary.
There will be a seated lunch adjacent to the exhibition, but coffee and all break refreshments will be served within the exhibition area among the booths.

Please note that it is not possible to book a specific booth in the registration.
Booth placement will be assigned in order: first to the main sponsors, then to the sponsors, and finally to the exhibitors, based on the order in which registrations were received.
*Main sponsors are offered the opportunity to host one symposium per company, which will run parallel to other symposia during regular program time. All additional costs beyond the venue and existing conference technology will be covered by the organizing company.

The agreement consists of these general terms and conditions, as well as acceptance of Stockholmsmässan’s General terms & conditions and Genereal rules. The exhibitor commits to complying with all local rules and regulations. The provider reserves the right to deny participation without justification.
Booth space is allocated by the provider and may be adjusted if necessary.
Prices are stated excluding VAT. Registration is binding, and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation. Payment must be made no later than 30 days after invoicing. If payment for sponsorship or exhibition space has not been received on time, the provider reserves the right to sell the space to another company.
The exhibitor is responsible for assembling and dismantling their booth, as well as for complying with technical regulations. The booth must be fully set up before the event starts, and exhibits may not be removed before the exhibition has closed. The provider is responsible for general security and cleanliness of the exhibition area.
The exhibitor must have valid insurance covering damage to property and individuals. No compensation will be provided in the event of force majeure.
Both parties must not disclose confidential information. The exhibitor may only use the provider’s trademarks with written approval. The provider reserves the right to use images and audio recordings from the exhibition for marketing purposes. The agreement may not be transferred without the provider’s written consent.
We are committed to protecting your personal privacy. The information requested in the registration is necessary for organizing and managing the event. Relevant information may be shared with our partners for the same purpose. We will retain your contact details for future events, but you can always opt out of invitations or choose not to receive further information. By confirming this agreement, you agree that we store your information in accordance with the conference’s privacy policy.
The conference bureau Meetx manages the exhibition and sponsorship for Röntgenveckan.
