Scope of the Agreement
The agreement consists of these general terms and conditions, as well as acceptance of Stockholmsmässan’s General terms & conditions and Genereal rules. The exhibitor commits to complying with all local rules and regulations. The provider reserves the right to deny participation without justification.
Booth space is allocated by the provider and may be adjusted if necessary.
Payment and Non-Payment
Prices are stated excluding VAT. Registration is binding, and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation. Payment must be made no later than 30 days after invoicing. If payment for sponsorship or exhibition space has not been received on time, the provider reserves the right to sell the space to another company.
Booth Setup and Use
The exhibitor is responsible for assembling and dismantling their booth, as well as for complying with technical regulations. The booth must be fully set up before the event starts, and exhibits may not be removed before the exhibition has closed. The provider is responsible for general security and cleanliness of the exhibition area.
